WAKE UP TO YOUR LIFE

In the west we are taught that a focus on ourselves and what we want will bring us happiness, certainly this is true for some but for many there is still something missing. Tibetan Buddhism and other spiritual disciplines are full of simple techniques designed to address this gap. Practical and effective; if regularly practiced these techniques can reunite you with your own wisdom and help you live a more fulfilled life.  This ancient wisdom is more philosophy and psychology than religion. As we apply Buddhist teachings of meditation, selflessness, appreciation for our humanity, impermanence, compassion, karma and wisdom we will be able to experience more joy, happiness, contentment and connection to ourselves and others in our lives. N.B: This is not a religious course. Please bring a smile, an open mind, a willing heart, a bottle of water and loose comfortable clothes.
