ensure you have the knowledge necessary to
investigate micro business opportunities, comply
with your regulatory, taxation and insurance
requirements, and organise finances to support the

delivering service to customers, handling customer
complaints and using information technology in a

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
TRAFFIC CONTROL – YELLOW CARD - Introduction to
Traffic Control at Worksites
Pre requisite: Current OHS Greencard.
This course is for any person who may be
required to set up and work with Traffic Control
Plans (TCP) issued by a supervisor or line
manager, these may include RTA Staff, RTA
Contractors, and NSW local council staff working
on state funded roads. Note it does not
qualify staff to select or modify existing TCPs.
